Ceramill M-Bars – Customized fabrication of bars

With Ceramill M-Bars, you can fabricate a wide variety of bar designs in-house, using a 5-axis milling machine. Fitting of attachments, retentions and the punching of holes can also be realized.

TIME-SAVING DESIGN
During the design process, the cross-sections, shapes, and geometries of the bars can be modified directly – thus eliminating the need for time-consuming manual modeling. Furthermore, the module offers you a wide range of freely adjustable parameters such as height, thickness, lingual and buccal angle, minimum height, and thickness.
